Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.

There are so many brands to choose from, and the price range and size also. So I looked around for some months and finally decided to try goodman, the brand that was originally in the home. I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......

The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.
