Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience. I'm still involved with the installation that I am doing myself. Most is pretty straight forward but this is my 1st so I'm taking the time to learn. My husband and i are old (70 and 60), and we were able to install this thing by ourselves, though it is heavy, and it is difficult to lift it above your head into the attic. We did have an electrician come do the wiring, but, it comes with a cord and a plug, so we were able to connect it to a wall outlet and use it for the couple of weeks it took for the electrician to come. without a switch, it just runs on high, but that's what you're most likely to use in the summer anyway. it's very... more

Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.
