It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. So far so good. I love how quiet the units are and they are doing a very nice job controlling the temperature in our space. But my wife would have loved it if the indoor units came in a darker color. Could there be color options? Just a suggestion.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
