5-star Purchased 36k Btu Quad Units Oct 02, 2016

10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. 4-star Not Bad But Not Impressed Either. Sep 30, 2016

Bought the 150 cfm unit with 6" duct for a lot of air movement. Only needed 80 to 100 cfm unit as per professional installer for size of my bathroom. Although unit is very quite and was easy to install I'm not sure it was worth the money for amount of air it seems to move. Also has about a 10 second delay when turning on. Nothing in product description tells you about this delay.

Lost several hours of time "reverse engineering" the unit to... more
