Two days after installation, the 12k unit quit working with a fan malfunction code. Efforts to contact Gree have been unsuccessful. The 9k unit continues to operate normally. Warranty/repair is a real issue.

I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle.
