Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. We finished our attic and we're advised by an hvac company to purchase this unit and have it installed. I have to admit...I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet and efficient this unit is. Easy to install and use also. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!
