Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. I was just not sure about ordering a furnace over the internet. Oh am I glad I did. This was everything and so much more. Our home has never been so warm and cozy. Should have done this years ago. Our son put it in for us. He needs a new one too. So before next winter we will see he has one just like ours. If you need a new furnace, by all means, get a Goodman!!!!
