After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. As general contractors, we take pride in our customer service. We ordered the product, it was delivered on time with no problems, the tracking was easy, and the phone reps were very helpful. This is the 3rd unit we have ordered, and all have been shipped on time and in perfect shape. Replaced the old unit with the new Goodman GSX13 - 2.5 ton. Would you believe it's so quiet you can hardly hear it run? The old one was noisy. This is one of the best units I have used. I will buy Goodman from hear on. Thank you goodman.
