4-star Daikin Mxs Wall Mounted 2-zone System - 24,000 Btu Outdoor - 15k + 15k Indoor - 18.9 Seer Review Aug 17, 2016

I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug
