I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. just purchased this boiler for my home and it was by far the best choice. If you have any questions you can just call LAARS HQ and talk to a person immediately. VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. Installed in a day. LOVE THE HEAT!

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
