My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. Unit installed last October. Worked well for the first three months then started acting up. Required constant visits by plumber who at this juncture has no clue what the problem is and neither does the wholesaler or the manufacturer. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEVICE!!
