My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I researched several different furnaces that are sold online, and Goodman had the best features for the money! I installed this furnace myself and it fired right up and ran perfectly. It's been in service only about ten days, but no problems!
