If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. I have installed 2 of those for the living room and they are great! Running a boiler at 140 and inside is 75 - 77F.

Underfloor Heating Mat Apr 20, 2016

I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

Installed the unit, turned the power on, getting flashing on/off light. Remote cannot find out the problem.
