The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. My suggestion is to have a very experienced high efficiency furnace plumber install the unit. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. My unit is exceptional and my wife likes the colored pictures designating the various modes of operation.
