I bought 2 of these systems for my cabin in NC. Had previously purchased a similar Mitsubishi split for my FL home. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient. They have several advanced features, such as scanning and detecting when and where someone is in the room and adjusting for maximum comfort and/or efficiency. I had to order it myself cause prior Top Notch Co. took advantage of me waiting till my warranty ran out to come out and tell me my compressor is shot. So glad I picked out this unit it was the one I wanted in the first place one that is not discontinued it seems like a great unit and my new Installers A&A Air Services Inc. were amazing how they took care of me even put down a new updated tray for my Air Handler to sit on. Can't say enough how professionally it was all installed.

I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.
