I bought a home that needed some work, and a furnace was one of the items it needed. I have never replaced one before, so checking for the right one was not an easy task. There are so many brands to choose from, and the price range and size also. So I looked around for some months and finally decided to try goodman, the brand that was originally in the home. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance.
