I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. We installed this unit in a small studio type building located in the Arizona desert northwest of Tucson. Even with a large south facing window and plenty of other glass, it keeps things cool even with when the temperature is over 115 degrees. Fast cool down from high starting room temperatures as well. Cooling is accomplished with a minimum of noise.on any blower setting. I highly recommend this very effective solution for specialized cooling needs such as ours..

I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.
