I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Friends recommended the Mitsubishi split system for a 350 SF addition to my business. All I could think about were the wall units used in motel rooms! But when I checked out a unit in operation, I was immediately impressed. It is clean, quiet, and uses significantly less electricity than I expected. Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.
