At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.

Furnace Ok Delivery Guy Not Ok Oct 20, 2016

Unit: No blower control. The blower lag time cant be adjusted. I would also recommend two stage instead of single stage. Looks well built. No apparent damage. Delivery: Old dominion delivery driver lied to me. Lead me on a goose chase for sheet metal sheers when he had a set in his truck the whole time. Claimed he couldn't unpack the unit from the pallet. When I returned he had the whole thing unpacked. Unprofessional crap.
