Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.

I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. A few months ago, my furnace was tagged by the gas company. I located a furnace online and had it installed by a company out of Claytonia, Ne. They did a great job. I now nave heat when I need it. The company name is: Anytime Plumbing & Heating.

I recently bought this Mitsubishi A/C with accessories and am very happy with the results.
