AC coil was supposed to be vertical and horizontal. It will only work in horizontal position. Only one drain pan.

Sit it down on some flat 4" solid blocks, and assure a good fresh air intake method. Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.
