I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle. There is no problem with ordering or customer service or the price. My problem was with the vendor who shipped the Warmwire 80 sq ft kit. The box arrived only half full, with a 12 pound spool of wire rattling around in the box. The DVD was not in a sleeve, just tossed in the box. The thermostat was in a box that was slightly crushed. Dont know if it will work when install time comes. Hope I made the right choice...
