Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I live in central California with evaporative cooling. I'm using this fan to vent out the hot air. The QuietCool replaced a simple department store unit and the difference is amazing. With much higher air flow, the whole house stays cooler. It's not a quiet fan, but it's 10 times quieter than any other fan with anywhere near the same air flow. I only wish I had found out about this unit years ago!
