I had this furnace installed in a manufactured home aka trailer home in the fall of 2015. It has performed well so far. My main complaint is the noise level. Considering that this type of home does not have a basement so the furnace is in the living space with you, it should have been designed to be quieter. 80 decibels is like having an alarm clock run for the duration of the cycle. Our new Mitsubishi makes our bedroom an oasis. This mini-split is ultra quiet and takes the humidity out of the air in short order. My husband (who is a Handy Andy) did all the preliminary installation with no problems, we chose to mount the outside unit on a stand made for mini splits rather than to our cement board siding. A licensed HVAC man came in to do the final vac of the lines to get it fired up, and we could then validate the warranty also. We find setting it at 68 degrees works... more

January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.

Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
