I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

I've tried several PTAC units. Most are quite good, the LG's however are by far the best and most efficient units that I've ever used. They are slightly more expensive, but extremely reliable, quiet and user friendly..
