Just to say - it is great except can't seem to control the temp. I'll keep trying as have only had it two months. Always have hot water, but almost burn my hands sometime. Perhaps I must make larger adjustments -

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. We needed something to heat and cool our soon to be finished attic. This unit is of very good quality, and it definitely cools an approximately 900 square foot area. I would recommend this product to anyone!

One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon
