The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!!
