To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. Replacing Old Weil Mcclain With New Jun 01, 2016

Opened box well packaged, no scratches or dents. Easy to remove panels easy to install and thick paint on panels. All panels are insulated except front control panel. Digital display for internal temperature of boiler, adjustments can be made for efficiency and temperature. One difference that I have noticed is the fan is a little more noisy than the model that I removed. It's just something to get used to.

My business has been using this brand of fan for years. After ten years we finally had one that was starting to go out. Finding the brand of fan was easy with eComfort. I actually called and got an answer right away and was not on hold for very long. We originally bought the wrong size, but returning the fan was a very easy process. Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
