10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. Noritz Replacement Heater Dec 14, 2016

i installed two of these in 2008. had to replace one after 6 years the other after 8 years. the only reason i replaced with Noritz was the supposed ease of replacement with the same heater i.e. all piping was supposed to line up...NOT SO! I had to redo piping which cost me an additional $200 because the piping did not line up with original heater. Also i should have been able to get a longer life with original heaters.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
