Installed my B10/4 with a becket burner, just over a month ago. I am very pleased with it so far. Have a tank for hot water and it heats the tank quickly. I have only had to run it a couple of times to take the chill off the house, but it did so well. It is quiet, light weight. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools).
