Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit. This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.

Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. DID YOU HAVE IT SERVICED BY A PRO WHO KNEW HOW TO DO A BUDERUS (BREAK DOWN SERVICE)...MY heat exchanger was dirty from not doing a yearly BUDERUS BREAK DOWN SERVICE as stated in the boiler manual....gas co. contract does not cover cleaning condensing boiler heat exchanger, so...it gets dirty, the flame temp in the heat exchanger goes up, and the sensor and igniter burn out...If in doubt, do what I did, Called Buderus in New Hampshire...number on manual that came with boiler,
