We talked about this for years and finally had one installed in our master bedroom. Our bedroom is the farthest room from our main unit. We had to keep the thermostat lower than necessary to make our room tolerable to sleep at night. This unit is quiet and cools wonderfully. Doesn't take long to cool the room when turned on. So many options can be programmed with the remote control. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. We finished our attic and we're advised by an hvac company to purchase this unit and have it installed. I have to admit...I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet and efficient this unit is. Easy to install and use also. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

I have not hooked this unit up yet, mostly because I don't have all the parts. It would be better if there was some help in "knowing" that you have all that's needed, very simple things have really held things up. It's not until you look at the installation instructions that you figure this out. At this point I would have to blame the seller!
