The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor.
