Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.

Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Went to Home Depot and Lowes to find ducting to fit this expensive fan.....not a good fit on anything even 3-4-5 inch rubber boots do not fit ???? I threw away the box and went to job to install....I bought an inline fan at hd $26 works and fit great..
