I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.
