After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). It's a well made unit and it looks good! The radiator really puts out a lot of heat! It was delivered when they said it would come. I would highly recommend this radiator!

I recommend that you speak to a phone rep before placing your order. I didn't and fell into a sticky situation. In order to secure the full 15 year warranty om the product, you must check the cable for leakage to ground through the insulation of the wires. Leakage will cause the GFCI in the circuit to shut the heating cable off and render it useless. You must use a megaohmeter capable of sending a 1000 Volt pulse through the wire and capable of reading a 1000 megaohm result. These meters,if... more
