10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. Replaced a 22 year old Triangle tube heater with the Smart 40. My furnace hardly ever runs to keep my hot water hot unless I am using it. Really holds the heat. I have had it installed about a month now and I think it was a great purchase. A little expensive, but if it last as long as my last one, I'll be happy.

I would suggest comparing the 3 choices of boilers recommended. I just bought the top rated and didn't realize it didn't come with the pump as pictured. I probably would have taken the most popular second choice. Also, the relief valve was no good on my boiler so I had to purchase a new one. Otherwise it works great and was easy to install.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
