Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Upon opening the package, I noticed a loose piece of sheet metal inside on the floor of the heat chamber. Upon investigation, this piece belonged vertically placed to possibly stabilize each of the heaters, by fastening with only one sheet metal screw to the top. I was able to get it in place and fasten the screw from the top outside with a larger screw, since the design one was stripped. Our old furnace was getting old and needed new parts, so we looked into a replacement unit. Goodman has a strong background in customer service, and they have a good product. The installation of the new unit was under six hours, and the LP change was very easy, once done the new unit started with no trouble and is working fine.
