I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. I just purchased three more of these units, all three are 200,000 BTU, one unit is for a propane application so the conversion kit was ordered for that unit. All three are now installed and working beautifully. The 83% efficiency rating helps reduce the price of these units by 25% because they qualifying for an energy rebate from our utility provider. Quiet, nice finish, great product.

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. After a month of research I finally decide to go with these Panasonic and I'm glad I did and I save money along the way comparing to the Mitsubishi, these thing is super quiet and the house feels pretty good. Hoping for the best from heat pump. Kevin from In line Mechanical did a great job.
