The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.
