UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. After researching many brands of ductless mini splits I decided on Daikin. They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. I was very happy to do business with eComfort as they were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering the unit and line kit.

Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. Probably won't buy on-line again unless the pricing is lowered. Thanks for the opportunity to review

I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. 4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jun 06, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.
