Blew the competitors out of the water and they recommended an HVAC licensed installer that also were great and the install price was better than the local competition. Thank you eComfort. The only thing was a bit cumbersome was the install as my home is an older one, but once installed the AC blew cold and the quietness of the external and interior unit was unbelievable. This is a four to five star item, or should be. However, the independent carrier used by eComfort is such a pain to deal with, I have to give it three stars to register my complaints. Despite what the email from eComfort said, the driver worked very hard to get us to accept the product without inspection, and indicated once it was off his truck it was not going back on no matter what damage we might find. He falsely claimed that because it was "over 100 pounds" he could not help... more
