I had an 18'x20' addition to heat with Hydrondic floor heat, I looked at Micro Boilers for less money but the EMB-S-5, had many built in features which made it much more economical, and easier to install. It had to fit underneath a cabinet so the size of the unit was able to be installed where I needed it. With the thermostat relays and the pump start relay built in, it was very easy to install on my one zone system. The floor was warm over night, it is quiet, and is working perfectly.

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. i'm sure they put out outstanding products but this is about a technician named george that works there i called about a thermostat model 1F79-111 as we talked he was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and would SURE HAVE THIS DIRECTED TO MANAGEMENT as well to other customers you know these days your lucky enough to just get VERY VERY brief information would like to thank you again sure would'nt hurt to have alot of georges around
