After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Seems Good So Far Apr 15, 2016

Replaced existing 37 year old boiler. Old boiler still worked but needed to be moved so time for new. Installed per manual. Everything seems good. The blower motor has minor vibration. Pretty quiet overall. The internal pump curves matched old pump pretty closely, so hookup was nice and clean. Time will tell if it was the right choice.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
