A family member installed a 22k BTU Mitsubishi mini split in his 4 car garage (also purchased from ecomfort), i was so impressed with his unit i had to buy one myself. I bought this unit to heat and cool an 500sq ft 2 car, garage with 14' ceiling in NJ. I insulated the garage and self installed. Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

Very impressed so far. Wish Goodman would offer support to homeowners (not just licensed contractors), but I understand that policy. The unit came with very complete documentation that is really all the info you need for a do-it-yourself-er.

I have a 25' x 40' insulated garage. My new 60K btu Reznor heater brings the temp. from 50 degrees to 65 degrees in about 25 min. I love it.
