The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Purchased this unit for the garage,which is my work shop. The installation was not difficult and very straight forward. Did have an HVAC person vacuum the lines as suggested. Both the indoor and outside units are extremely quiet. Very pleased with Daikin.
