Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.
