I have had this Panasonic Dual Zone CU-2E18/CS-E12x2 for over 2 years now. I am pleased overall but would offer a few tips: - My application is primarily for heating, and I am in a location where temps can dip below zero. The unit does a surprising job of heating down to 5 degrees F, but after that will drop off significantly, and eventually shut itself off around zero. I would suggest comparing the 3 choices of boilers recommended. I just bought the top rated and didn't realize it didn't come with the pump as pictured. I probably would have taken the most popular second choice. Also, the relief valve was no good on my boiler so I had to purchase a new one. Otherwise it works great and was easy to install.

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.
