I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

I installed the indoor and outdoor units myself including all the electrical work. Initially I installed GFCI circuit breaker per Daikin's installation manual, but it tripped every time the compressor cycled on. I replaced it with regular 20A, 220V, single-phase circuit breaker and it's worked fine ever since. I had a certified HVAC tech install the line sets and test for leaks.
