Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself.
